We are a Swedish company with our headquarters in Stockholm, and now, we’re expanding our operations with a new 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Charleston, SC. We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead, build, and innovate our fulfillment operations.

As Warehouse Manager, you will own the operation from day one. This is your chance to build and lead a team, set processes, and create a warehouse operation that’s as sharp as the gear we make. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with Customer Support, Supply Chain, and our Swedish warehouse to ensure smooth fulfillment.

• Lead & Build a High-Performing Team → Hire, train, and coach a team that moves fast and works smart.
• Flawless Order Fulfillment → Ensure every package gets out on time, every time.
• Inventory Mastery → Keep stock flowing efficiently with strong organization and tracking.
• Shipping & Logistics Execution → Manage carrier relationships and optimize shipping methods.
• Culture of Continuous Improvement → Challenge the status quo, refine processes, and innovate daily.
• Technology & Automation → Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.
• Safety & Compliance → Maintain a clean, secure, and efficient warehouse environment.
  

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience (e-commerce, retail, or logistics preferred).
• Proven leadership skills - you’ve built and led teams before.
• Ability to move fast, solve problems, and adapt on the fly.
• Strong operational knowledge - inventory control, fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
• Hands-on, team-first mentality - you lead by doing.
• A mindset for constant improvement - there’s always a better way.
• Solid IT knowledge - Ability to create reports in Excel, set up Wi-Fi, install computers, and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• A valid passport is preferred for potential travel opportunities.
