Let’s talk about our Junior Product Manager role today. Here is what we can tell you about this position:
THE WORK
Lead product management efforts, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving efficiency.
Utilize Lean-Agile methodologies to guide product development and prioritize impactful features.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality MVPs, prototypes, and feature enhancements.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to make informed product decisions.
Design wireframes and information architecture to create intuitive and compliant user interfaces.
Optimize user interactions to improve usability and satisfaction.
Communicate product vision effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
1-3 years of experience in product management within fintech or bank payments processing.
Solid knowledge of Lean Agile principles, MVP development, and prototyping.
Strong experience in managing product roadmaps and defining priorities.
Proven ability in wireframing, information architecture, and UX optimization.
Excellent communication skills in business-level English.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, committed to seeing projects through.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve strategic goals.
