Job Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to determine their needs and wants in a vehicle
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle inventory, and sales performance
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle features and specifications
• Demonstrate vehicles features, explain benefits, and demonstrate how customers can make best use of them
• Negotiate sale terms with customers
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote product and services
• Educate customers on financing options and help them select the best option
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build relationships and close sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
