• Work across multiple clusters supporting multi-tiered applications in the big data domain
• Provide production support for tier 1 applications and enterprise platforms
• Deal with service disruptions, configuration management, new feature deployment, and new product implementations
  
  

• Experience with Hadoop administration, particularly with Cloudera distribution
• Proficiency supporting Spark, Hive, Impala, and Hue within the Hadoop ecosystem
• Experience with Red Hat Linux administration
• Experience in managing and optimizing big data infrastructures
• Knowledge of configuration management and feature deployment processes
• Excellent documentation skills for maintaining best practices and standard operating procedures
