Royal South Toyota is looking to grow our Service Department with a Toyota Technician! Our team would appreciate an experienced technician who will add professionalism, quality, & enthusiasm to our shop. If you are an experienced Toyota Technician, we'd like to speak with you! If you have experience with another car line as a tech, we'd like to speak with you! If you want to continue your career as a Toyota factory trained technician or become one, we have a great opportunity here for you! We offer a busy service center based on our customer's trust and satisfaction knowing their vehicle has been properly serviced. Our Service Advisors have a great customer satisfaction track record and our success shows it! We will also train and support you with online training as well as the best Toyota trained technicians around. You only need to have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, be punctual and dependable to succeed with our team! We utilize digital tools here for transparency and to reinforce your recommendations to our customers. Photos and videos of your suggested services will help our shop succeed and is expected. You will also be expected to maintain your service bay in a neat & clean manner. Our shop is heated and cooled for a better work environment! We are open 6 days a week so working on some Saturdays will be required. Bloomington, Indiana has so much to offer too! Compensation: We will evaluate every candidate's experience & certifications to merit a worthy pay plan!! Requirements: You must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. All will be checked for insurability. You must be a team oriented person who is flexible and respectful to any fellow employees and be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. You must be a punctual and dependable person. Our customers expect us ready and willing to service their vehicles on their time schedule. Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire changing equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic and A/C equipment. ASE Certification is a huge plus! Other benefits include:
