Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time Tavern Food Runners to join our team at Yavapai Hotel in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Tavern Food Runner, you will be responsible for transporting food and other products from one location within the facility to another.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple food orders at one time, working with kitchen and serve staff.
• Deliver food and beverages outdoors in an efficient and timely manner with attention to special guest requests.
• Keep work area and equipment neat, clean and sanitized.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a fast-paced, busy restaurant setting with high level attention to detail required.
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions.
• Courteous and efficient customer service with ability to anticipate customer's needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for entirely of shift, including bending, grasping, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lift and carry food trays and items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May work in areas with small spaces around other co-workers and navigate seating areas.
• Ability to withstand temperatures in varying outside weather and kitchen conditions - hot, damp, or very cold environment.
