At Bluegreen Vacations, you can join our talent acquisition team and assist with continuing to build it from the ground up. You’ll be the first Talent Acquisition Partner to work in Nashville, TN! The position is onsite at 301 Union Street Nashville TN .

Your focus will be:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representatives.
• Partnering with Director, Talent Acquisition for your region.
• Partner with hiring managers in a variety of departments.
• Building a strong local network consisting of college students, entry level and experienced professionals.
• Planning and executing career networking events.
• Planning and executing a sourcing plan.
• Building a relationship with targeted colleges and universities.
• Up to 5% travel to other sales locations.

What should you bring to the table?

• A competitive approach to recruitment.
• Industry leading social media skills.
• Track record of influencing hiring managers.
• Creativity in your sourcing plan and methods.
• Passion for travel.
• Work experience as a talent acquisition professional in a complex corporate recruiting environment and/or staffing firm is preferred!
