The Role : Human Resources: Experience different HR areas and gain a broad, cross-functional understanding of the HR function and a foundation of business insight. For HR, we look for strong multi-taskers with a strong EQ and communication skills and are analytical problem solvers. During the HR Internship you will be gaining:\u00A0
Exposure to the different realms of HR: Talent Management, Talent acquisition, People Analytics, Benefits, Line HR, Associate Experience, T&D Learning, Compensation, Employee Relations, etc. through formal learning sessions.\u00A0\u00A0
Frequent opportunities to participate in meetings with best-in-class Fidelity associates and occasionally even outside vendor partners.\u00A0
Build up their business acumen in their dedicated assignment area and learn corporate communication styles and how to navigate the workplace effectively.\u00A0\u00A0
Professionally network with multiple associates, across multiple levels, within Fidelity HR.\u00A0\u00A0
Interns will be asked to creatively assess their assignment areas over the internship and present to leadership their assessment and analysis of their learnings. \u202F \u202F\u00A0
