Royal Palm Beach alternative health publishing company is looking for an ambitious, talented Social Media Marketing Manager with a proven track record in managing campaigns and generating revenue. The Social Media Markting Manager role requires a self-starting, fast-moving team player with a passion for numbers, data analysis, and exceeding business goals.

R esponsibilities:

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing management.

  • Proven and documented track record of driving e-commerce customer acquisition and growth with digital marketing strategies.

  • Experience writing copy for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms
  • Experience working with Woo Commerce, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

  • Experience conducting A/B Testing.

  • Robust analytical skills with an ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends, and make keen recommendations to the executive management team.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects at a time with minimal oversight.

  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written).

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Woo Commerce, Google Ads, Google Search Console & other marketing software
