• Responsible for designing and implementing solutions
• Provides technical evaluations of customer systems.
• Participates in design of information system contingency plans that maintain appropriate levels of protection and meet time requirements for minimizing operations impact to customer organization
• Knowledge of Cloud, multiple programming languages
• Knowledge of system design, best practices.8+ Years
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow technologies:
• ServiceNow Core Platform (ITSM modules, CSM, ITOM, SPM, etc.)
• Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular)
• Integration experience with web services (REST and SOAP)
• Strong understanding of ITIL
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to collaborate with others to achieve success. Knowledge and application of Leano Defining and documenting standard work Problem solving skill so Process improvement
• Agile and collaboration tools including but not limited to: o Rallyo Confluence
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under rigid deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at making quick and sound priority decisions
• Ability to follow documented, well-defined processes
• Reliable and committed
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Knowledge in general technology systems including but not limited to: o Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
