The Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer will lead the development and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Dynamics 365 CE development, including customization, configuration, integration, and deployment. This position demands a high level of confidentiality and precision in handling sensitive information and technical details.

Focus:

• Lead the development and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration with existing systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows, plugins, and custom extensions for Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, deliverables, and milestones, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, offering guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system enhancements, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
• Ensure best practices in security, data integrity, and system performance.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and integrating APIs and external systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and develop new or revised systems, procedures, and workflow.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
