We're seeking caring individuals to assist seniors with their daily living activities. Guided by personalized care plans from our agency Care Managers, you'll offer support ranging from companionship and meal preparation to light housekeeping and errands. Depending on each client's needs, you may also provide transportation and personal care such as bathing and dressing.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Preferably 1,000 hours of experience working with elderly or chronically ill individuals (about 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time). Exceptions are made for newly licensed CNAs or HHAs, or for those providing only companionship and housekeeping services.

  • CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Proof of current TB testing is required.

  • Must be physically able to perform duties, including safe client transfers using proper techniques and equipment.

  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance is necessary if transporting clients.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Must be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable to build trust with clients.

  • Ability to pass national and state-required criminal background checks.

  • Verifiable professional and personal references are needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Implement Care Plans: Review and follow each client's personalized care plan to provide appropriate assistance.

  • Provide Comprehensive Support: Duties may include companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility assistance, safe transfers, toileting, and protective supervision.

  • Communicate and Advocate: Inform the Care Manager of any client concerns, changes in condition, or emergencies.

  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to infection control practices and request PPE or supplies as needed.

  • Manage Time and Documentation: Use ClearCare Telephony to clock in/out and update task status before leaving the client's home. Submit required forms for non-client-specific hours.

  • Maintain Professionalism: Follow the company dress code and exhibit professional behavior.

  • Demonstrate Dependability and Teamwork: Be punctual, participate in training and meetings, and adhere to company policies.

Organizational Relationship:

Report directly to the Care Manager for client care guidance and receive scheduling from the Staffing Coordinator.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Must be able to safely reposition and transfer clients using proper techniques and travel to client residences with reliable transportation.
