CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. The Advanced Quality Inspector must have a minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a J-STD_001 Class 3 environment inspecting electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment. Candidate is required to have certified training and experience to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610. Experience with reading design drawings, performing inspections and documenting data. Must have experience using magnifying devices and instruments, i.e., calipers, micrometers, etc. Responsibilities include performing a variety of workmanship and configuration inspections and measurements assessing compliance to requirements. Position requires frequent use of a magnifying scope, use of a computer and desk sitting. Periodic visual testing will be required. Close attention to details of inspections performed is required.
