Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive, collaborative Scrum Master to join our Loss Prevention Global Solution Delivery Team. This role focuses on leading a Scrum team dedicated to safety, asset preservation, and adding business value. You'll support our Agile practices, nurture team dynamics, and coordinate efforts across departments to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Team Leadership: Lead and guide the Scrum team in following Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies. Create a positive and productive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Workload Planning: Collaborate with technical leads to manage team workloads, aligning tasks and priorities with project goals and timelines.

Project Ownership: Drive forward Loss Prevention initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing financial considerations related to project milestones.

Agile Facilitation: Conduct Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote transparency and continuous improvement within the team.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track team objectives and metrics. Support capacity planning and manage dependencies to optimize project flow and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum practices and principles.

Leadership Experience: Proven track record of effectively leading teams within an Agile or SAFe framework, ideally in a cross-functional environment.

Collaboration & Coordination: Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams, including participation in Scrum of Scrums, to ensure alignment across initiatives.

Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Agile tools for tracking objectives and team performance metrics, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software.

Communication & Problem Solving: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve obstacles impacting team productivity.
