We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Data Administrator to manage data entry, maintenance, and reporting in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and a solid understanding of Salesforce data management. Client Details Our client is a New York City investment management firm that helps individuals and institutions grow and manage their wealth through a diverse range of investment strategies. Description Accurately enter and update customer, sales, and lead data in Salesforce. Cleanse and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports and dashboards to support business needs. Assist users with basic Salesforce navigation and data entry issues. Suggest process improvements for data management efficiency. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth data flow. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Profile 3+ years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or related field. CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional certifications. Experience working with institutional clients (e.g., pension funds, insurance companies).
