We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator in New York. This role is in the tech industry and will require you to manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal functionality for our sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming leads on Salesforce and assign them to the appropriate personnel.
• Reassign leads as necessary on the Salesforce backend.
• Modify states within Salesforce to reflect current lead status.
• Ensure comfort and proficiency with the CPQ tool within Salesforce.
• Adapt to the use of our CRM, which is utilized for sales and detail-oriented services.
• Work remotely but within the Eastern Standard Time zone for effective team collaboration.
• Continuously monitor the Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal functionality.• Demonstrable proficiency in Salesforce Administration
• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Practical knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
• Ability to manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Proficient in creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes
• Experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com data loader for data import and export is required
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior communication skills
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable
