Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Managers to drive the sales of our professional wellness and slimming devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing a portfolio of existing customers, and ensuring consistent growth through strategic planning and excellent customer relationship management. Sales leads will be provided through in-person visits, social media inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of professional clients, including beauty centers, clinics, dietitians, wellness and spa centers, and private clients.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers to expand the portfolio.
- Conducted product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Respond to inquiries from VABODY’s social media accounts and convert leads into sales.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote VABODY’s products.
- Provide ongoing support and product training to clients as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or medical device industry.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage a portfolio and sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Confident and presentable, with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving skills.
- Open to learning and continuous development to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms.
