As an integral part of Delaware’s trauma system, ChristianaCare provides statewide leadership and assistance with trauma response, strategic planning and education. ChristianaCare’s trauma program collaborates with state and private emergency-management personnel throughout Delaware to ensure that every injured person receives the same high-quality care and best possible chance for recovery. Requirements:
BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required.
BLS required.
Hours:
This is a Full Time Flex (72 hours per pay) position and a Midnight schedule of 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Commitment required for every third weekend and 2 holidays per year.
Bonus Details: The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
