Description

Ocean Crest Properties, an innovative real estate property management and development firm on the Eastern Shore, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, the Project Manager will provide essential support across all phases of property improvement and development projects, from design and engineering to construction and ongoing maintenance and development. The ideal candidate will work closely with our real estate team to manage and oversee both current and future projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure project designs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the bidding process, select contractors, and manage all aspects of property entitlement, development, and construction activities.
  • Coordinate with utility providers to plan, construct, and relocate necessary infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress across multiple ongoing projects.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to resolve complex challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Analyze and update project performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assess contractor performance against project timelines, plans, and scope of work to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project reporting for historical analysis and to track field construction performance.
The right individual will be experienced in Real Estate Project Management with the ability to exercise extreme judgement in all situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Development/construction Project Management ( required )
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate management, Engineering, or related field. ( required )
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in managing project timelines and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Skilled in overseeing and managing contractor relationships to ensure project success.
  • Expertise in planning, organizing, and supervising all aspects of project activities.
  • Familiarity with financial budgeting tools and the ability to leverage them effectively for project planning and tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other essential software tools.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quality standards and productivity targets.
