The Real Estate Acquisition & Strategy Analyst will be a generalist engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations and management of the company's retail real estate portfolio with a focus on the market and acquisitions. In addition, the Real Estate Acquisition & Strategy Analyst will research, analyze, and report on new and existing competitors, technologies, disruptive forces, and key market trends. The Real Estate Acquisition & Strategy Analyst reports directly to the Vice President of Real Estate and engages directly with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Engage in and negotiate lease terms for organic expansion, relocations, and renewals
* Coordinate new business projects, expansion strategies, and activities with HOD
* Manage and maintain relationship with all leasing partners and agents
* Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance new sales and service management process and pre-requirements
* Assist in supporting organizational strategies by preparing productive grounds, research, and analysis for new business development.
* Prepare periodic competitive report for Texas Market and other surround states, for new business development
* Must be able to travel for Business Development and client relation purposes in Texas and attend all business development events related to the clients
* Create presentations and additional marketing packages for clients by using advanced ESRI systems
* Compile acquisitions from online and social media sites sources
* Manage lead database to ensure information is always up to date
* Provide tenant coordination regarding properties
* Manage Leasing Documents/Asset Management

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business/Marketing, Real Estate, or other related field and 2 years of related experience
* Licensed Real Estate Agent is preferred
* Without degree: Minimum of 6 years' experience in market research, competitive analysis; or relevant Property/Asset Management and Retail Real Estate industry experience
* Experience in Geographical Information Systems is a plus but not required
* Must be able to analyze large amounts of data and communicate timely recommendations
* Experience with Microsoft Office, especially excel and Google Suites
* Must be able to travel up to 50%
