Abel Personnel's client, a well-established employer in the mechanical industry located in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking an experienced QuickBooks & Paychex Bookkeeper to join their team. Direct Hire: $50,000 - $60,000 (dependant on experience).

What You’ll Do:

• Keep financial records organized and up to date, including job costing
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth transactions
• Reconcile bank statements with precision and accuracy
• Process weekly payroll through Paychex , including deductions, taxes, and benefits
• Stay on top of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Work closely with teams to provide financial insights and drive smart decisions
• Tackle challenges with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

What You Bring:

• QuickBooks Desktop experience is a must
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
• Proficiency in business correspondence and written communication
• Experience with Paychex payroll processing
