We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Omaha, NE. This in-office role is responsible for a variety of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconcile transactions
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with budget management and financial reporting
  • Prepare bank deposits and monitor account balances
  • Handle some administrative duties related to finance and operations
  • Generate and maintain reports for internal use
  • Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed
  • Support other bookkeeping and office tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing budgets and financial records
