Job Description

Our client, an educational institution, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Project Manager/Executive Assistant to support the President in their Ridgewood, NJ office. The hours are 9am-5pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office per week (flex depending on executive's schedule).

Responsibilities:

• Manage President's calendar and schedule calls, meetings, and conferences
• Assist with booking travel arrangements including fights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and set up Zoom links/AV logistics
• Maintain member relations in customer management system (Salesforce)
• Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings and events for small and large groups
• Assist with event planning, public relations, and web development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of experience
• Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and familiar with a relationship management system
• An interest in economics, history, or finance would be beneficial

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $80K-100K base DOE / in-line while temp + bonus
• 15 days PTO
