Program Management Specialist - Agile Scrum Master - Mid

As a Program Management Specialist at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for working with engineers to define and implement Agile methodologies to gain process improvements, agility in schedules and development, and first-time quality of transactions between teams for a large engineering organization.

Experience and Qualifications:


To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:


Required Education and Years of Experience:
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
  • Competency in Agile platforms such as Jira or Gitlab
  • Experience with execution of program planning to include cost, schedule, and technical baselines
  • Experience interacting with customers and suppliers
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to work under general supervision, with no instructions needed for routine work
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.


This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master Certification and experience developing Project and Program Plans
  • Missile Defense Agency (MDA) or GMD program experience
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills

Telework Availability: This position is expected to be 100% onsite

Summary Pay Range:


Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.


$74,000 - $145,000
