About the Position:
As a Principal UX Designer for Walmart Connect, you'll be instrumental in evolving Walmart's ad platform and online shopping experience. You'll create intuitive and scalable ad experiences that not only enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to effectively reach their target audiences but also help shoppers discover relevant products, enriching their overall shopping journey.

Preferred qualifications: 

• Degree in Product Design, UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
• At least 7+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• A fantastic portfolio showcasing thoughtful and impactful design solutions.
• Exceptional interaction design, visual design and typography skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
