Location: 100 Front Street, Worcester, MA Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 AM and 4:30 PM As a Practice Support Associate, you will: Apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day. Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function. Require little assistance with standard and non-standard requests. Solve routine problems on own. Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems. Check in, schedule appointments, answer billing questions and manage patient medical records for a clinic. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 1 + years of customer service and/or data entry experience Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting Epic experience Electronic Medical Records experience Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone Working knowledge of general office procedures Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical office experience At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
