Location: 100 Front Street, Worcester, MA Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 AM and 4:30 PM As a Practice Support Associate, you will: Apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day. Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function. Require little assistance with standard and non-standard requests. Solve routine problems on own. Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems. Check in, schedule appointments, answer billing questions and manage patient medical records for a clinic.
