Job Description

Tiello has partnered with one of the nation's leading AISC certified structural steel and bridge fabricators on their search for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee their New Hampshire operations .

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including lean manufacturing , process improvement, and quality control.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production processes and implement measures to enhance productivity and meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in operations management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
• Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
