Job Description: We are looking for a
highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual to provide
personal and business support to a busy executive. This role requires someone who can
manage schedules, run errands, handle office tasks, and coordinate logistics across multiple locations in the DFW area. This position will start
in-person at our office in Southmayd, TX, with a dedicated desk. Over time, there may be opportunities for more flexibility based on performance.
Responsibilities: Personal & Logistics Management: - Maintain schedules, appointments, and task lists
- Oversee vehicle-related tasks such as toll tags, insurance quotes, maintenance scheduling, and registration renewals
- Run errands including shopping, coordinating travel arrangements, personal appointments
- Assist with various one-off tasks
Business & Office Support: - Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and texts
- Make business-related calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, research, and organization
- Step in as flex office support, assisting with basic tasks as needed
Physical & Manual Tasks (As Needed): - Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Driving for errands and business-related travel
- Occasionally assisting with hands-on work related to business or personal projects
What Were Looking For: - A self-starter who can take initiative and handle tasks independently
- Someone who can effectively manage schedules, logistics, and follow-up and follow-through on tasks
- Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with multi-tasking
- Strong communicator with attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting, driving long distances, and handling hands-on tasks
- Must be professional, dependable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Someone who can anticipate needs and prioritize
- Someone who can gently remind the boss of things he swears he already told you (but didnt), like that board meeting happening in 20 minutes.
Compensation & Benefits: - Starting Pay: $12/hour (with opportunities for raises based on performance)
