ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic 10 years in crypto language processing, related language, and/or crypto experience Crypto Experience: target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification 6 of 10 years in crypto language processing – above (OLA 2) plus QC’ing, and mentoring 6 of 10 years has to be in the required language(s) 3 of 6 years simply translating, transcribing, and gisting 1 year experience QC’ing at ILR level 3 in target language No more than 3 of 10 years reporting as primary duty 1 of 6 years in target language has to be within 6 years of resume submission.
