Olsten Staffing is assisting a well-established client in the Johnsonville SC area in the search for an Experienced and eager **Safety HR Coordinator** . The **Safety HR Coordinator** will perform all safety orientations and promote a safe work environment. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with a salary range of $50K to $65K based on experience,
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Facility wide on the job training
- Establishes and oversees all safety guidelines for the organization are met
- Ensure project goals are met and in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization
- Train employees in safety protocols and enforces them on a daily bases
- Possesses a strong knowledge of industry standards and OSHA policies
- Organize and file all safety records in the filing system
- Conduct random inspections and investigate all work related injuries.
- Assist in HR Needs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in a related field of safety
- Proven experience in safety coordination
- Team player
- Bachelors degree safety or related degree required

**2) Maintenance Technician** **- Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends as needed**

Industrial maintenance technicians job description:
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment.
+ Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and documents maintenance concerns/resolutions in an electronic CMMS database.
+ Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Maintenance Manager.
+ Ensures that all work performed meets required codes (OSHA, City and Federal) and is in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
+ Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and aprons.
Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance process
+ Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning.
+ Possess the discipline to execute tasks.
+ Basic computer and report writing skills.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
+ Good time-management skills.
**Current schedule is a rotating 8-hour shift 5 days/week. 8am-4pm, 4pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8 am. Start-up is Sunday at midnight, Shut-down is Friday midnight.**
**Pay Details: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour**
******Potential 7 day per week schedule when staffing permits.**

**3) Material Handler - Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends**
**Job Qualification / Description Summary:**
Qualification: Read simple written instructions and write significant comments. Capable of counting, simple measuring, adding, and subtracting.
Description: Clean and operate all equipment related to the compounding extrusion lines. Record temperatures, pressures, vacuums and any other readings as may be required. Observe quality, inspect sifter samples, change fillings of plenums and keep air blower clean and the strands properly spread. Keep the work area and machinery clean. Mix additives and blend raw material as required. Maintain good housekeeping in and around the work area. Perform any other duties as required by his or her supervisor. Learn and adhere to all plant safety rules and procedures. Participate in any training identified by management for continuous improvement.
