The Non CDL Permit Trainee position is an entry-level role focused on training individuals to obtain a CDL license while assisting drivers in route completion and logistics tasks. The role requires a commitment to participation in classroom and hands-on training, adherence to safety protocols, and achievement of performance goals over the training period. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and be able to perform effectively under various working conditions.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $19.74/hour .
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation,.
