As a Nail Technician at Loma de Vida, you will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will provide a variety of touch modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu which. By using outstanding guest service, you will also suggest products and services to meet the individual needs of each guest. 

The Nail Technician shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Resort and Spa Culture as well as promoting La Cantera Resort and Spa as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

• P rovide individualized nail services and treatments to clients, including manicures and pedicures.  

• W ork to ensure guests are satisfied, so that they will become repeat customers.  

• Be creative and artistic, and have a strong eye for detail.

• Enthusiastically welcome our guests, anticipate their needs, respond promptly with your personal spirit, however busy and whatever time of day.

• Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates.  

• Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.  

• Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.  

• Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met.  

• Enjoy multitasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.  

• Uphold the highest standards of sanitization.  

• Comfortable in a team environment and able to receive constructive feedback.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one-year high volume restaurant serving experience preferred.
• At least one-year food & beverage experience preferred.
• At least 6 months POS system experience preferred.
• Adequate wine, beer and mixed drink knowledge preferred.
