Here's what you'll do:

Analyze loan applications: Review financial statements, credit reports, and property details to make informed decisions.
Become a loan detective: Verify income, assets, and collateral to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance: Make sure loans meet investor guidelines and government regulations.
Communicate effectively: Collaborate with internal teams and keep everyone informed.
We're looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years of recent mortgage underwriting experience (FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional).
Is a whiz with agency guidelines and underwriting standards.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines consistently.
Has a strong work ethic and maintains high integrity.
Bonus points for: DE, SAR, and LAPP certifications, Encompass LOS experience, and living/working in EST time zone.
