Position Overview:

As a Marketing Recruiter , you will play a vital role in attracting, evaluating, and securing top marketing talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to source candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
• Foster positive relationships with candidates and new hires to enhance the onboarding experience

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or marketing-focused role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess talent and align candidates with company needs
• Experience with succession planning and employee evaluation
• Strong research and networking skills to identify top candidates
• Ability to negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
