Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weekend Baylor Program
Location: Shenandoah Senior Living Community, Shenandoah, PA
Pay Range: $25.50 - $27.50/Hour

About the Role:

Join our Weekend Baylor Program and enjoy a schedule designed for work-life balance. LPNs in this program work 30 hours and get paid for 37.5 hours, with access to full-time benefits. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while earning competitive pay and benefits.

Available Shifts:
Full-Time: 6:30 AM - 11:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
Full-Time: 2:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Saturday and Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring all care is administered in accordance with care plans and facility standards.
Monitor and document residents' conditions and changes in their health.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
