Job Title: Lead MuleSoft Developer

📍 Location: Onsite 4 days/week – Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX (Local candidates only)

🔹 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead MuleSoft Developer to join our team onsite in either Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. This role requires hands-on expertise in MuleSoft development, API design, and enterprise integrations, along with strong DevOps and database skills. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to lead projects and deliver robust integration solutions in fast-paced environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Lead the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available architectures
• Develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), data flow diagrams, and documentation
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and Maven
• Implement secure APIs with strong understanding of OAuth, authentication, and authorization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server
• Troubleshoot integration and messaging issues across Anypoint MQ, JMS, or IBM MQ

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

1. 12+ years overall IT experience
2. 5–6+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development (4.x preferred)
3. Strong in DataWeave, API lifecycle, and API management
4. Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and logging frameworks
5. Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and DevOps principles
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

🔹 Nice to Have:

1. Experience working in banking or financial domains
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
