Leads and coordinates the daily operations of assigned section in conjunction with leadership. Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the section personnel to provide optimal, cost-effective delivery of services in accordance with departmental standards of quality, productivity, system-wide integration and standardization.

Hiring Incentive: This position qualifies for a $12,500 SIGN ON BONUS for eligible candidates.
It is a full-time, exempt position that does not require working on holidays or weekends in general.
The anticipated four workday, 10-hour shift is evenings and nights- 3 PM to 1:30 AM or 4 PM to 2:30 AM. The shift may vary depending upon the operation’s needs.
This position is expected to work approximately 50% admin and bench.
This position requires availability to respond during off hours for occasional emergency cases during evening or night shifts.
A BS degree is required, plus a minimum of 6 years' bench experience. Supervisors in this role are expected to maintain technical competencies as needed.
Must be a Medical Lab Scientist for 6 years OR have their Bachelor's Degree + ASCP
