Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed HVAC Manager to lead the management and maintenance of both commercial and residential HVAC systems in Jersey City, NJ. Key Responsibilities:

- System Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure timely and effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units for both commercial and residential clients.
- Project Oversight: Lead HVAC installation and renovation projects, including planning, managing budgets, timelines, and quality control, while meeting both client and company expectations.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, address concerns, provide estimates, and ensure the delivery of services that meet or exceed customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Licensing: A valid HVAC license in New Jersey (Master HVAC or equivalent) is required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing HVAC systems, including expertise in both residential and commercial environments.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
