POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Inspect various systems within a variety of houses (Inspecting attics and roofs, crawling into crawl spaces, taking off electric panels) within the framework of a Standards of Practice (InterNACHI) and/or State Licensing
* Understands the full and complete inspection process
* Effectively and in a friendly manner explains, helps, and reviews information and inspection findings to customers and agents
* Knows and understands inspection auxiliary services and how to education clients about them
* Comfortable with technology, entering data into a tablet or computer, taking and uploading pictures, use of email and instant messaging communication
* Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
* Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
* Associates degree or greater
* Bi-lingual a plus
