Position Overview
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will drive the recruitment process for a wide range of roles, from entry-level positions to director level roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent in the behavioral healthcare field. Schedule, Hours, and Location:

There is flexibility in schedule for this role provided the candidate can be accessible during core business hours to coordinate with the TA team, HR, and hiring managers. This role is expected to start as 24 hours per week with the potential work up to 40 hours per week based on company needs and candidate availability. This is a contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to manage and track candidate pipelines.
  • Source candidates using a variety of tools, including social media platforms, professional networks, and candidate databases.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across departments.
  • Draft, extend, and negotiate offers of employment with selected candidates.
  • Handle high-volume recruitment for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Required Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree is required from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in behavioral healthcare, a related field, or staffing agency experience.
  • Expertise in using ATS and HRIS systems for candidate management.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through social media, professional networks, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong background in behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Experience coordinating with hiring managers and managing multiple schedules.
  • Familiarity with high-volume recruitment and handling diverse job categories.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
