AO Globe Life is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Award-Winning Agency Support Center in Redmond, WA. This is an exciting mid-entry-level opportunity within our Media Team. We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking designer with a passion for visual storytelling, a collaborative spirit, and a strong drive to see projects through from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer at AO Globe Life, you will:
Take ownership of design projects, managing them from initial brief to final execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the company to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity and goals.
Develop and maintain reusable design templates that other teams can easily customize and use, ensuring consistency across all media and communications.
Design engaging graphics and promotional flyers to support company-wide contests, ensuring eye-catching visuals that inspire participation and excitement.
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and project timelines.
Work closely with your Manager and Mentor to refine project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and personal growth in your role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design projects.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to pivot quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
