Full Time Receptionist Location Broken Arrow, OK : Job Summary: Jim Norton Chevrolet, a leading dealership in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual for the position of Full Time Receptionist. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dealership. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and a passion for the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salary administrative position with a compensation range of $15 to $19 per hour, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
• Manage the dealership's appointment scheduling system and assist with confirming appointments
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assist in handling inquiries and complaints from customers, escalating as needed to management
• Stay up-to-date on dealership promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
