Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers aboard and assist them in finding their seats and stowing luggage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to passenger needs throughout the flight.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are familiar with emergency procedures.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Monitor cabin conditions and provide assistance as needed to ensure passenger well-being.
• React promptly and efficiently to in-flight emergencies and maintain calm and order.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to create a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages being advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior customer service experience required, but is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in rigorous training and adhere to safety protocols.
• A genuine enthusiasm for travel and connecting with diverse individuals.
