    • 5+ years of team leadership and supervisory experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CMMS and construction management software
  • Certifications:
    • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
    • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
    • A commitment to continuous improvement and team success
What You’ll Get

  • Competitive Benefits Package:
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities
    • Paid time off, including your birthday off
    • Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance
  • A Team You’ll Love: Work alongside supportive colleagues who value your ideas and growth
  • An Impactful Role: Help us keep the DCA facilities running smoothly while shaping a positive environment for clients and staff alike
