Job Overview:

We are looking to hire an Entry-Level Manager for a remote contract role. In this position, you will assist agents in the field, monitor their sales performance, and help develop strategies that promote their success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with team members daily. Additionally, you will meet with families and individuals (either virtually or in person) to explain their benefits packages, gather referrals, and continually improve your skills and expand your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support agents and oversee their sales activities.
• Develop strategies to help agents succeed.
• Communicate daily with team members to offer guidance and encouragement.
• Meet with families and individuals (virtually or in-person) to explain benefits and secure referrals.
• Continuously grow your skills and leadership abilities while building your team.
