Position Summary: As an Entry Level Graphic Designer at MICONE STAFFING RESOURCES, INC., you will play a vital role in our creative team. You will assist in designing visual content for various platforms, including digital media, print materials, and marketing collateral. Requirements

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assist in the creation of visual designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design ideas.
• Review and incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to improve designs.
• Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects.
• Stay updated on design trends and software advancements to enhance skills and foster creativity.
• Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of web design principles and user experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Visual acuity to perform tasks and assess the quality of designs.
• Ability to operate a computer and design tools for extended periods.
