Job Summary:
The Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and personable individual looking to grow their career in customer service. 

• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Process orders, handle returns, and follow up on customer requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and update reports related to customer service activities.
• Support the administrative needs of the customer service team, including scheduling and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
