Job Description
An embroidery operator is responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to create embroidered designs on a variety of products, such as clothing, hats, bags, and other textiles. The job duties of an embroidery operator include:
Successful embroidery operators are detail-oriented, have excellent hand-eye coordination, and are able to work independently or as part of a team. They should also have a basic understanding of computer software and machine operations. Some embroidery operators may work in a production or manufacturing environment, while others may work in retail or custom embroidery shops.
