ASC Boston, a leading academic enrichment center in Boston, is looking for a program administrator. The specific responsibilities and requirements are (but are not limited to): 1) Strong organizational skills to manage and operate session enrollment and administration work for the program. (School Age Children) This includes phone calls, filing, and emails. 2) Program management/administration - contacting parents and coordinating schedules with parents. 3) Operate the programs Following the program procedures. 4) Manage development projects from time to time. 5) Organize open houses and promotional events. 6) Administration work - Process student information to the database and keeping student's file and payment records updated. 7) Assisting management with assignments or projects. 8) Developing relationships with students and parents to encourage repeat and referral business. 9) Handling student enrollment including receiving payments. 10) Preparing student and teacher's packages for classes as needed. 11) Customer service for the Programs as needed. 12) General office work as needed to assist the office teamwork. (Classes, events, preparation). 13) Other administrative and management responsibilities as developed or needed. 14) Marketing work - creating promotional flyers and writing announcements and assisting with ASC's social media. 15) Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese Required.
