Document Controller Office Location: London Job Type: Permanent Salary: £36,000pa – £38,000pa + annual leave and pension scheme The Document Controller will be responsible for implementing document management solutions, with a focus on document control, records management, and maintaining all standard documents within a common data environment. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage the Request for Information (RFI) process within the organization. Develop and manage company-wide filing systems, both paper-based and electronic. Maintain all project logs. Oversee data input into the Common Data Environment (CDE). Create, collate, and manage all standard and inspection documents within the CDE, as well as document templates. Liaise daily with operations staff, suppliers, clients, and design teams, based on project requirements. Knowledge & Experience: Viewpoint and Fieldview experience is a must-have Minimum 2 years of DC experience (ideally MEP) – anything less than 2 years will be unfortunately rejected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with document control software (e.g., 4 Projects, Asite). Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
